The Cottages at Martin Lake are custom memory-care and assisted living homes set in a wooded area overlooking a quiet lake. Each has six suites and is licensed for six residents. All suites are ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible with private bathrooms with walk in/drive in showers. Residents enjoy lake views and individual climate controls for relaxation and comfort.

The home and grounds are designed for comfort and enjoyment with in-floor radiant heat, fun activities, game room, and gathering room. Safety measures like door alarms, sensor alarms, call buttons, and a low resident to caregiver ratio ensure that your loved one is safe and well cared for. Suites are equipped with private bathrooms and showers for ultimate privacy.

Convenient Location

Our homes are conveniently located one half mile from Maple Island Road or M120. The setting is in the country with beautiful views of nature but close to the city of Fremont and Hesperia. We are not far from Muskegon or Grand Rapids either.

Family Friendly Environment

The home and grounds are designed for comfort and safety, but also feature family-friendly amenities like walking trails, fishing, a community garden and a toy/game closet for grandchildren.

Families can bring their pets to visit and reserve rooms to host a party for their resident loved one. We also organize parties, cookouts, and events for residents and their families throughout the year.
